Cocktail of my Dreams
One month is too long to go without.
The cocktail I love so fondly is a Dirty Blue Martini. Most cocktail folk may know about dirty (olive juice) but I don't think all know about blue (olives stuffed with blue cheese).
Why do I love a dirty blue martini? The name sounds good when you say it, the taste still surprises me, I have discovered that 2 dirty blues can easily count as dinner.
Who has the dirty blue? The Heathman
Tonight The Heathman gets extra kudos because our waiter was fabulously entertaining even though he has to work with the famous gorgeous marble floor at the soles of his feet all night.
