Out of Breath
Last month I ran a 5k -- granted I placed toward the back of the pack. Friday I ran about 2 miles of my old route (the one with hills) no problem. Today I could not run a mile! I just could not get my breathing right. I did not feel this way yesterday on my bike. What gives?!
I now find myself taking deep breaths and constantly clearing my throat. Not sure if I am doing this because I am coming down with a cold or because I keep checking to see if I can breathe (I know I am odd but this morning's episode was equally odd}.
It was windy. It was warmer than usual, but...
Guess all I can do is just listen to my body and keep keeping on.
