Smart Women
Michelle Malkin has taken the time to put together an end-of-the-year list highlighting the quotable Teresa.
I have read that Malkin is conservative right wing blogger babe, so I thought this list would be overly negative of Teresa. Surprisingly the list seems to be in favor of Teresa.

I miss Teresa. I miss seeing her stand before a crowd of thousands and hearing:
"...one day soon, women - who have all earned their right to their opinions - instead of being labeled opinionated will be called smart and well informed, just like men." She was joy to watch and hear.

This is a good time to bring up First Lady Laura Bush. Folks think that because I have a library science degree that I have a special place in my heart for the First Lady. Not so. In fact, the first lady is starting to creep me out lately. Is it that I want her to speak more now that we are going to see her for another 4 years? Is it her newer polished face? Is it that she is a librarian who doesn't defend libraries against the Patriot Act? What about the woman who wouldn't overturn Roe in an administration that would? I wonder too.
