Work Communique - (unfinished #4 - 2/23/2005)
Friend: OK, what does DIY mean? I've seen it in the paper and elsewhere and I have NO IDEA what it means.

Me: Do It Yourself.
Friend: Are you sure? That's what I thought it meant. but I thought it was something else..meaning young and trendy. Do it yourself? Doesn't sound trendy.
Me: You are correct do it yourself doesn't sound trendy that is why it's DIY.
