Keeping Fingers Crossed (as if anyone is still reading this)
Today I return to the fracture clinic. This fact sheet on radial head fractures gives me hope that I will be splint/cast free by the end of the day. I still have some aches, but my arm can now straighten to 90 degrees AND I am finally able to touch my head!

My fingers are crossed, too.
That would be fantastic to get rid of that thing. Here's hoping.

Thanks all! You thoughts must have worked because cast is "officially" off. Depending on how tonight goes I may still have to wear it when I hit the hay. Also may need the sling from time to time, but that is it. Healing very well. PA says in 3 weeks I should be equal to my right side. Yay!
Stevie, I haven't heard silly goose in awhile. I love that phrase. Thanks for still reading you and the eight other people who checked in today. :) Lets chat on phone soon, want to know how your weekend went.
